Villa Details

As one of the five luxurious villas within the The Estate, Villa 4379 is truly one of a kind. Blending seamlessly with the tropical nature that surrounds it, this private two-bedroom escape (with an option to convert the mezzanine level to a third bedroom) is unmatched in its sense ofprivacy, minimalist luxury, and breathtaking sea views. Designed across two levels, the villa faces the famous Five Islands, making it the perfect backdrop for vibrant sunsets.

Ideal for honeymooners and families or friends with children, the villa is made up of two pavilions which comprise two en-suitebedrooms dressed in signature neutral furnishings in the first, and a large open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a mezzanine level TV room that can be converted into an additional bedroom with two twin beds or a single King bed in the second.

If you’re wanting space to relax, there are plenty of lounge areas to laze in - whether it’s a circular sofa on the upper terrace or enjoying a traditional Thai massage on the lower deck beside the 7.3m long pool, taking a nap in the sun at the lower lounge level, feasting on an outdoor barbecue, or basking under the shade of a magnificent Banyan tree.

Our favourite feature? The folding glass doors of both pavilions, which offers guests the soothing effect of the cool seabreeze and open indoor/outdoor tropical vibe, making it the perfect holiday getaway. Guests can escape into absolute serenity and solitude by staying in Villa 4379 with luxurious indoor and outdoor space, unmatched privacy and breathtaking open sea views. The Estate is located adjacent to InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort, which features a beachfront restaurant as well as water sports activities. The white sand beach shared with InterContinental Samui Baan Taling Ngam Resort is accessible through private stairs. The summer tide phenomenon makes the sea retract itself up to 100 meters from the beach line.

Things To Do

  • The southern region of Samui is a great spot to unwind. Taling Ngam, Laem Set and Laem Sorhave various stretches of sand that provide a peaceful haven for visitors. Taling Ngam Beach, inparticular, is a favourite besides Lipa Noi Beach for enjoying sunsets.
  • Charter a boat to visit Koh Tean or Koh Mat Sum, two lovely islands south of Samui. You could go snorkeling in the reef around the islands, or just enjoy the near-deserted white-sand beaches and explore the lush greenery. The boats heading for these islands typically depart from the fishing village of Thong Krut in Taling Ngam
  • Beachside resorts like InterContinental Samui or Conrad Hotel are great spots from which toenjoy the sunset over dinner at one of the world-class restaurants or drinks at the bar.
  • Venture further inland to visit the Na Mueang Waterfalls, some of the most scenic waterfalls inSamui. There’s no entry fee required to visit the waterfalls and the path from the entrance of the park to the falls is easy to follow
  • The Secret Buddha Garden, located not far from Na Mueang Waterfalls, is a pictures quecollection of Buddha statues. A fruit farmer whose family owned the land started the collectionin 1976, placing statues all over the garden.
  • The Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rocks (Grandfather and Grandmother) at the southern end of Lamai Beach draw visitors who marvel at the fascinating (if not also suggestive) rock formations. The waters around the rocks are typically crystal clear, though too shallow for swimming.
  • Visit Fisherman’s Village, Bophut Beach, the dining hub of Koh Samui with over 40 restaurants, many of them beachfront or on the sand itself. Most shops and restaurants are open from late morning or early afternoon. The Village becomes a vibrant “Walking Street” and is closed to traffic from 5pm on Fridays.
  • Enjoy golfing at Santiburi Golf Course. The world-class course is set amidst a reserved coconut palm plantation with panoramic views of the Gulf of Siam
  • Silver Beach, otherwise called Crystal Beach, sits along the cliffs that separate Lamai from the Chaweng area
  • The 12-metre tall seated Buddha statue represents Buddha’s journey to enlightenment and is asymbol of meditation and purity
