This air-conditioned space has a calming ambiance with grey sofas and chairs in soft fabrics arranged to face the large flat-screen TV. Satellite and internet cable service, a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker make it easy to set the mood with movies or music.
• The living area can be completely opened up at the front to connect it to the terrace and the cooling sea breezes. Just behind is a dining room with sea views and a table for four.
• The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and plenty of workspace on the black granite counters.
