The second villa spans two levels and approximately 265 square metres. Two large bedrooms are located on the main level, while the upper level houses a fourth bedroom with an adjacent living area, dining space, and kitchen. From the upper floor and rooftop areas, guests enjoy elevated sea views and sunsets over the west-facing coastline.

Outdoor living is a key highlight. The property offers over 16 metres of direct beachfront access, a 6 x 10 metre swimming pool with waterfall feature and outdoor shower, and a 140 square metre rooftop terrace equipped with cooking facilities, ideal for sunset dining and entertaining.
