Villa Details
Villa 4248 is a Luxury Home Villas – outstanding designer holiday homes that have inspired architects, and places that guests never want to leave. With a total of three bedrooms and truly breathtaking indoor and outdoor living spaces spread over three levels, families or groups enjoy exclusive comfort wrapped in a serene tropical hillside setting with views stretching over the Andaman Sea. These unique private villas are perching on the cliffs of the headland at Amarin Cove Estate near Kamala Beach, along Phuket’s sought-after “Millionaires’Mile”.
Conceived by the highly regarded Thai architect Charupan Wiriyawiwatt, this ocean front is a blissful blend of Thai and contemporary design, its pitch-roofed main pavilions housing a lavishly furnished living area, dining room and modern Minotti kitchen. Ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing in style, this sleek, open-plan space is enclosed in glass and opens to the spacious pool terrace, with 15 metre marble pools inviting sun-soaked dips with gorgeous sea views.
The tropical gardens lay down the hillside from Villa 4248. Each of the brightly coloured guest bedrooms also offerprivacy, comfort and ocean views from private balconies.
Service at Villa 4248 is as generous as its style, with a full-time staff team including a villa manager offering five-star care throughout the day. The delicious feasts prepared by Villa’s Thai kitchen or the nearby Paresa chef with a Michelin star served with panache, offer a wonderful chance to delve into local Thai cuisine. And those wishing to explore beyond the villa will find many of the island’s best leisure, dining and shopping choices – as well as Kamala and Patong beaches – within easy reach.
Villa Layout
- Top-floor entrance area gives the first hint of the grandeur you can expect at this luxury retreat, with a sitting area and a sofa-strewn sala inviting you to take a brief rest on arrival.
- Stairs lead down to the main pavilionwhere a large open-plan space houses the living and dining areas and guest kitchen, with sliding glass doors that open to the furnished pool terrace.
- A frosted glass staircase leads down to the pavilion’s lower floor, where the three guest bedrooms line a long corridor.
Indoor Living
- Villa’s interiors are arranged around a lavish main pavilion, where the living area, dining room, and modern kitchen sit beneath a distinctive pitched roof.
- Glass encloses the space, drawing the horizon into the room and allowing the interiors to shift with the light: bright and open by day, soft and reflective by evening.
- The design balances Thai warmth with contemporary restraint.
- It is stylish without being stark, polished without feeling impersonal.
- The living spaces encourage an easy rhythm—breakfast after a swim, a quiet hour with a book, dinner that stretches late because no one is in a hurry to leave the table.
Outdoor Living
- The villa’s outdoor life centres on a 15-metre saltwater marble pool, set on a spacious terrace with open sea views.
- It is the kind of pool that draws guests out before they have fully unpacked: for sun-drenched dips, slow laps, or simply floating while the hillside hums around them.
- Private balconies extend from each of the three bedrooms, giving every guest their own moment with the view.
- Tropical gardens soften the villa’s architectural lines, while the pool terrace becomes the natural gathering point from late morning until the sky turns gold.
- A fitness room with a treadmill, stationary bike, and yoga mat adds a wellness note for guests who like to begin the day in motion before surrendering to the pool.
