This privately owned luxury villa overlooks the beautiful Andaman Sea on Phuket’s West Coast. Set over two levels, the fully air-conditioned residence has six spacious bedrooms each with private ensuite bathrooms and three of the king-sized bedrooms have balconies with stunning sea views. The master suite also has a private sitting/writing room which overlooks the pool and ocean beyond [accessed via a walkway from the balcony].

Finished to a very high standard, the villa comes complete with marble or solid teak floors and tiling throughout and includes a spacious hall, indoor and outdoor dining areas, large sitting area with cable TV, 15m pool and lovely gardens. The spacious layout provides space and privacy for 10 to 12 guests making it ideal for a 2 family holiday.

It is one of only 5 beachfront villas in Maan Tawan and has its own large swimming pool (45' x 15' with a 3' deep shallow end going to 5' at the deep end) and offers an additional disabled access (an electric hoist). Guests also have the use of a very large communal pool set in lush gardens in the centre of this exclusive gated development.

Staff

Thailand is known for its wonderful hospitality where nothing is too much too trouble and the team serving at this villa are no exception. To ensure that guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay, a member of staff will be on-site 24 hours a day. The villa employs two full-time staff, a housekeeper/cook and a driver, maintenance man, and gardener plus a part-time maid for larger bookings. The swimming pools and gardens are regularly maintained.

Location

The villa overlooks Bang Tao beach which with its 4.5 mile crescent of white sand is known as one of the finest in the region. The property is the first of only 5 beach front villas in the exclusive Maan Tawan Estate offering 24 hour uniformed security guards and an on-site management team.
