Rates and Terms

• Peak Periods: Minimum stay of 7 nights during Chinese New Year, Songkran, and Easter periods. Rates are US$1,885/night (5 Bedrooms) and US$2,055/night (6 Bedrooms).

• Extra Guests: Additional guests at US$150 per person per night.

• Tipping: Gratuity is not included in the price; please tip staff at your discretion for exceptional service.

• Food Ordering: Due to kitchen and staff capacity, please limit meal orders to no more than 6-7 dishes per lunch or dinner.
