About The Villa

Villa 4423 means ‘a place in heaven’, and Villa 4423’s location is certainly heavenly .Set on a private hillside estate with generous views of the Andaman Sea, the villa lies within easy walking distance of Surin Beach, which boasts Phuket’s best beachfront dining scene, boutique shops and a growing number of beach clubs. Golf courses, marinas, water sports and other outdoor leisure activities are all within easy reach of the villa.

Boasting an impressive range of facilities, including a games room with pool table and bar, a sunny playroom for the children, a spa room, a well-equipped gym, plus an infinity pool and private walled garden, a heavenly experience is also assured.

A blend of modern and Thai accents add colour and life to each room, while the pool terrace is a stylish place to cool down and catch those fabulous island sunsets. Every detail has been designed to ensure a worry-free and ultra comfortable stay.

Enjoy sea views from the private balcony or the lavish double jacuzzi tub of the romantic and spacious master bedroom. Three guest bedrooms (one twin-bedded and ideal for children) each offer the utmost privacy and comfort, with ensuite bathrooms, cosy seating areas and luxurious design touches. The sleek, modern kitchen is well equipped, and guests can entertain with ease at indoor and outdoor dining settings and a sophisticated built-in barbecue area in the landscaped garden.

Villa 4423’s private and shared spaces are spread over four levels, with the expansive seaview master suite enjoying added privacy as the only top-floor room.

On the main floor is a bright, stylish open-plan space comprising the living and dining areas and kitchen. Across the entire front of the villa are floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors that open to the spacious pool terrace and sala (gazebo) with superb sea and sunset views.

A staircase leads downstairs, first to a twin bedroom on the mezzanine level, then to two queen-bedded rooms and a study. The lower floor houses the games and spa rooms, as well as the bright gym and double-height playroom that opens out to the landscaped garden, outdoor dining and barbecue area. Two entrances offer convenient access to the villa: at the main entrance is a covered two-car parking area, while additional parking space is available at the lower level entrance. All indoor spaces are air-conditioned.

Bedrooms

Master

The top-floor master suite enjoys superb views across Surin and Bang Tao Bays from its secluded balcony with built-in daybed. Romantic and ultra-private, the suite’s king-size four poster bed, swathed in mosquito netting, sits under a vaulted teakwood roof, while a silk ottoman and chaise longue, dressing area and a writing desk offer additional comfort and facilities. The ensuite bathroom features his-and-her vanity sets, a large rain shower and a jacuzzi tub set in a nook with ocean views.

Guestrooms

The villa’s two queen-bedded guestrooms each offer sea views through the tropical trees from their private balconies, accessed via wide floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The rooms are comfortable and private, featuring spacious wardrobes, seating areas and ensuite bathrooms; one with a bathtub and overhead shower, the other with a rain shower enclosed in glass and with black slate tiling.

Located on the mezzanine level between the main and lower floors, the twin-bedded room offers a cheerful retreat for adults or children. Beds have mosquito netting and a bed rail is available for younger guests. Two cosy chairs upholstered in warm red provide a comfortable place to relax; sliding doors open to a garden terrace, and the ensuite bathroom is equipped with a shower and single vanity.

Indoor Living

Villa 4423’s extensive indoor living areas provide a cool and comfortable air-conditioned retreat. The main floor’s open-plan living area is equipped with a 40-inch TV and entertainment unit and furnished with an inviting sofa and bean bag chairs that match the blue of the sea and sky brightly visible through the broad folding glass doors. The adjacent dining room is furnished with a blond-wood dining table and eight chairs upholstered in white leather, while a modern kitchen complete with an excellent range of equipment and a long granite breakfast bar is set just behind. Another TV screen and entertainment unit is set up downstairs in the study, a sleekly-styled room with black leather chairs and a work desk equipped with fax and printer.

Also downstairs,  Villa 4423’s games room, with its pool table, TV and a sparkling stainless-steel bar equipped with matching appliances, is the perfect place to shake up some cocktails. Kids can frolic in the bright, toy-filled playroom next door, where windows stretch to the top of the double-height wall creating a seamless connection to the garden. The gym, also with floor-toceiling windows, is equipped with a full set of free weights, step and rowing machines and plenty of space for yoga and working out. And for soothing post-workout relief, enjoy a treatment in the serene spa room, tucked away behind imposing wooden double doors and equipped with a massage bed and shower.

Outdoor Living

Stretching out beyond the villa’s living and dining area is the stylish sea-view pool terrace with a white terrazzo sundeck, sunbeds and a built-in sofa. At the end of the 8.5-metre swimming pool is a shady sala (gazebo), where cold drinks can be enjoyed; this is a lovely location at sunset. The villa’s landscaped and very private garden features an attractive drystone wall at one end and a swathe of lawn where the kids can run around. A built-in barbecue and decked outdoor dining area with a table for eight makes the perfect spot for a seafood sizzle.

Guests of Villa 4423 enjoy the personal service and care of a full-time villa manager, chef and housekeeping staff on site from 8am to 10pm daily, dedicated to providing a five-star level of hospitality with Thai flair.

Villa manager The villa’s full-time, English-speaking villa manager is happy to arrange travel and touring requirements, restaurant and golf bookings, and ensure that guests’ dining and personal needs are promptly attended.

Chef Our chef is on site daily from 8am to 10pm.

Housekeeping Two maids attend daily to all cleaning, tidying and housekeeping requirements at Villa 4423, and will assist the kitchen at mealtimes.

Spa/Massage Local spa and beauty specialists may be brought in to provide massage, manicure and other treatments (prices on request) in the villa’s own private spa room.

Pool and garden The gardens and pool at Villa 4423 are tended to three times a week.

Security Villa 4423 is kept safe and secure 24 hours a day by estate security staff working rotating shifts.

Dining

Menus

Enjoy a variety of delicious Thai dishes prepared by the skilled chef, who may also cook a select range of Western dishes such as pastas and sandwiches by arrangement. Special dietary requirements and children’s meals can be discussed with the chef.

The system

Guests are encouraged to meet with the villa manager and chef soon after their arrival to plan meals and discuss their preferences and any special dietary requests. The chef ideally needs a day’s notice to buy groceries and prepare meals. Guests who prefer to self-cater have the full Western kitchen at their disposal, and may request assistance with the grocery shopping (charged at cost plus a modest charge to cover petrol costs).

Food and beverage charges

The food material will be purchased by the chef and charged to guests at cost plus a small service charge. Receipts will be provided either daily or at the end of the stay – as preferred. It is also requested that the chef be given a ‘float’ to cover the grocery shopping.

Villa 4423 is an ideal family holiday villa. Kids will love the bright playroom stocked with toys and games and the adjacent garden area, which is fully enclosed to give parents some added peace of mind (supervision is recommended around the pool and terrace area). Kids, of course will love the pool, especially with its easy access to the kitchen and living room for swim breaks. When it’s time for some respite from the tropical sunshine, there are TVs with cartoon channels and DVDs to keep the wee ones entertained indoors, as well as the playroom.

The team of friendly staff at Villa 4423 will make children feel as welcome as adults, and  for guests who wish to do some child-free exploring beyond the villa, babysitting services can be arranged for a small extra charge.

Although the equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals for fussy eaters or babies with ease, staff will happily to do this for you – just talk through your requirements and meal schedules with the villa manager or chef and they will take care of the rest. Banana pancakes by the pool for breakfast? Toasted sandwiches in the playroom for tea? No problem. The chef can customise all meals to suit children’s taste buds. Don’t worry about packing all that cumbersome kids’ equipment for your stay. Just let us know what you need (the villa comes equipped with stair gates and a bed rail), and if it’s not already at the villa, we can hire on your behalf.
