The accommodation includes 8 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 16 guests, plus a 9th en-suite bedroom designed for two staff members, complete with separate laundry facilities. Two large living rooms and a generous games room, equipped with pool and table tennis tables, are each fitted with 50" TVs and DVD players, as are all the bedrooms. The outdoor dining area, sheltered for 16 guests, is perfect for sunset meals and al fresco dining, whether enjoying Thai delicacies or a BBQ prepared in-house.

Accommodation consists of 8 bedrooms, all featuring built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote-controlled air conditioning, and large flat-screen TVs with cable TV. The rooms are split across three levels, with 4 king-size beds and 4 twin single-bed rooms, making it ideal for large groups. The optional 9th bedroom is suited for staff, with two single bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Upon entering the villa, guests are immediately greeted with breathtaking sea views visible through large sliding doors that open onto the spacious balcony and infinity-edge pool. On the upper level, guests will find a second living room with a large sofa and 50" TV/DVD player, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. There is also a dedicated office with a desk and high-speed WIFI, making it easy for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

On the middle level, the main living area includes another comfortable sofa and access to the fully-equipped western kitchen and a separate Thai-style seating area. Two more king-size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms, are also on this level.

This level also includes the dedicated cinema room, with 6 double reclining chairs, seating up to 12 guests, and a projector screen for movie nights.
