Villa Details
Situated in perfect vantage of sunrise, complimented by the view of the sea from nearly every space, this three-bedroom Villa is a prime holiday choice for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The property is among the collection of private luxury homes located on Cape Yamu which is just 30 minutes away from Phuket International Airport, this modern coastal sanctuary that features bright open plan living and dining spaces topped with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. It then opens to a wraparound balcony thorough a sunken outdoor lounge that connects to the terrace, once you step outside it captures a scintillating view of the 12m Olympic-sized swimming pool. The Villa is finished with lavish bedroom suites wherein the master suite boasts a spacious and modern design in complete sight of the sea, while the two guest bedrooms are stylish havens with king-sized beds and private bathrooms that are poolside and vaunts a sea view. A media room is placed behind the living area that can also serve as a child’s bedroom and comes with its own bathroom. The property has a gym for guests plus a restaurant and bar just a short walk away that holds the most scrumptious variety of food and drinks.
Compare to many of its more recognized west-coast cousins, this Villa lies off the tourist trail and retains an exclusive retreat vibe. Rubber and coconut plantations surround the vast landscape while traditional long-tail fishing boats glide across the haven of sea. This is a seamless escape to discover Phuket’s lesser-known gems.
Guests are treated to the Thai hospitality and professional service of a team of friendly staff including a chef for all meals and a villa manager who will help arrange cars, taxis and bookings for island attractions including yacht charters around majestic Phang Nga Bay, golf tee-off times, day spas and dining reservations.
The Villa’s Layout
The ground-floor entry hall is adorned with a Zen pebble-garden and a mix of modern and traditional art, including a huge, eye-catching mural of an architectural sketch. Staff rooms and the chef’s kitchen are also located on this floor. Up the staircase and through an imposing double door is the main living area housing the guest kitchen, living room and dining area. Just behind the living room is the cozy media room. The living area opens widely to the pool, sun terrace and an outdoor lounge. Two of the villa’s bedrooms are arranged along the pool’s length, with the third tucked just behind.
Indoor living
The property’s fresh white interiors contrast against the rich blues of the tropical sea and sky, to give the feel of a luxury yacht. The open-plan living spaces have an easy elegance, with the eight-seater dining table, guest kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge forming the heart of the villa. While the lounge is furnished with an inviting two-way sofa and TV, the media room just behind it offers a cozier setting for movie nights and comes with its own bathroom and a sofa bed.
Outdoor living
A 12-metre infinity swimming pool bordered by a sundeck and a sunken lounge that makes the perfect setting for cocktails, assures relaxed tropical living at the Villa. At ground level, a small lawn offers space to throw a Frisbee or set up the barbecue for a seafood feast.
