• There are TVs in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
• Bedroom 1 and 2 are upper floor
• Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6 are on lower floor

House Rules

• Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
• Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
• No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
• Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
• Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
• Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
• Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
• Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.
• Security deposit of 800 - 800 USD or equivalent will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
