Villa 106 is a 1 minute drive and a 3 minute walk from Mahe Villa 105 and overlooks the Bay of Anse Boileau. It is secluded and faces the clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean.

This new five bedroom villa (all with en suites) has two bedrooms downstairs with a kitchen, sitting and dinning area. The three bedrooms upstairs also have a kitchen, dining and sitting area. All bedrooms are air conditioned.  With an amazing new pool (10m x 4m) overlooking its lush grounds, its a perfect location for a fun vacation.

It is directly on the Ocean but it is rocky so you are not able to swim here. The beaches are 5-10 minutes drive and are magical.
