The villa is spread over three levels and also has an adjacent annex, in total the property can sleep up to 12 guests. Recently refurbished and tastefully decorated in a traditional Tuscan country style, the villa boasts a rustic charm that enhances its natural surroundings.

The surrounding forests provide a tranquil backdrop to the villa, the grounds are expansive and feature a beautiful swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture and areas for alfresco dining enjoying the views.

Living Areas

Ground Floor

The sun-bathed living room is comfortable and boasts classic furniture and plush sofas in front of a fireplace. The colours are visible also in the adjacent tasteful dining room where a generous table can accommodate up to 12 guests. This room has access to the garden and to the outdoor loggia. The TV room is a great space to relax, with comfortable furniture and a large coffee table set in front of a second fireplace. A light and airy fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining room as well as the outdoor dining table for meals under the stars.

ANNEX

The spacious living room of the annex, besides providing a comfortable sitting area complete with a TV and wood-burning stove, doubles as the dining area with a table that can sit up to six people. The room has direct access to the garden through large glass doors. A separate kitchen, complete with dishwasher, offers room for cooking and having breakfast.
