On level one, you will find an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The lounge room features a large flat screen smart T.V, Netflix, an extensive DVD & book library, and high speed Wi-Fi.

The main living area leads out to an expansive north facing deck with outdoor dining setting & gas BBQ, or south to relaxing gardens & lawn area a choice for the perfect spot to enjoy a classic sunset barbecue with a cool drink and great company.

This level also has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second bedroom contains two single beds.

The master bedroom is situated on the entire top floor and features a large King size bed, TV, high curved ceilings, walk-in wardrobe, with ensuite bathroom featuring his & hers vanity. A private, wrap-around deck surrounds this amazing space and offers sweeping ocean and hinterland views.
