Arguably one of the most beautiful holiday residences in Queensland.

This impressive residence took 3.5 years to complete, with no detail overlooked. High-quality artisans and materials were sourced from both overseas and Australia. Architectural inspiration was drawn from residences in Nice and Monte Carlo, with a clear commitment to Mediterranean design principles. Every surface was crafted to develop a natural patina over time, ensuring the home improves with age. The architect and interior designer travelled extensively through Europe prior to construction, sourcing exact furnishings to suit the proportions of each room. The result is an opulent sequence of increasingly rich interiors, reminiscent of the Baroque period, with antiquities primarily originating from Italy and the United States.

Lower Level
Features a climate-controlled wine cellar with dining for 12, private cinema, fully equipped gymnasium, garage, staff quarters, and utility areas.

Primary Level (1 bedroom)
Enter via a magnificent hall with a sweeping spiral staircase and feature windows overlooking the bay. This level includes gallery spaces, multiple living rooms, formal dining, a fully appointed kitchen, studio office, and direct pool access. On the southern side of the residence is the “Oriental Room,” a private retreat with king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Upper Level (4 bedrooms)
This level is anchored by a 144 sqm master suite with en-suite spa bathroom, private sitting area, and an expansive 52 sqm walk-in dressing room. A trundle can be added for a small child on request. On the northern side are three guest bedrooms (King, King, and Twin/King), each with en-suite bathrooms. A generous shared balcony spans the length of the residence, designed to maximise the sweeping ocean views.

External (2 bedrooms)
Positioned closer to the sea is the secluded “Ocean Room,” a standalone king bedroom with en-suite, ideal for guests seeking additional privacy. Children may share this room on request; however, very young children may not be suitable due to the immediate proximity to the ocean and retaining walls. Please discuss prior to booking.

The converted gatehouse is located across the driveway near the main entrance and features two single beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. This space is well suited to staff or security teams while remaining conveniently close to the main residence.

Total: 7 bedrooms accommodating 14 guests comfortably. Additional children may be accommodated strictly on application.

Access: Available via door-to-door helicopter transfers from Hamilton or Proserpine Airports, direct road access from Proserpine (approximately 40 minutes), or boat transfer from Hamilton Island to Airlie Beach followed by a private road transfer to the residence.
