Luxury private Terrace home in the prestigious village of Woollahra.

There are four generous bedroons and one of the bedrooms and bathroom is off the garden- so good for teenager or elderly person who wants to be on one level.

The house is set up for comfort- reverse cycling aircon in each bedroom except for the sudio which has overhead fan.

• Inclusive in the rental is a houskeeper for 2 hours a day
  • (non public holidays etc ) to make beds and do washing and ironing etc
  • She is an old greek woman called Yaya and is part of the family. Very kind, unobtrusive and eager to please
  • She might be available for babysitting at night if needed

Location

• There is a little park across the road where my son often kicks a ball and shoots hoops etc.
• If the kids are younger the holdsworth centre playground is one minute walk and useful as well.
• It does not have a coffee machine as we have a host of the best coffee shops within one minutes walk from the house.
• There is a bus at door to take you to bondi or to the city.
• There is an ap so it tells you when the bus is 5 mins away so you can just walk out the door and jump on. I use uber or always taxis going past
