This Luxury Canggu Villa is a glorious garden estate barely 60 metres from Kayu Putih beach in Batubelig just north of Seminyak on Bali’s south-western coast. It’s rare to find such a well-established villa that is just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Seminyak. It is a great option for groups looking to be in the thick of action, with the beach on one side and numerous clubs, restaurants and boutiques on the other.

From a traditional gateway, steps lead up to Villa's open-sided living room, which is housed in one of three interconnected pavilions that fan out around the 14-metre swimming pool.

This upper level living room is an elegant ceiling fan-cooled space comprising of a large seating area and a games corner, complete with pool table.

Downstairs is a dining room, where up to 14 guests can enjoy meals at the three-metre table. A media room offers air-conditioned comfort for movie watching, catching up on emails or simply having a quiet read. Outside, the antique poolside joglo creates a living space in harmony with surrounding nature, and an alfresco dining table under a cool canopy provides an informal area for convivial meals.

It is part of a 7 bedroom estate Villa 379 which can be rented separately based on optional bedroom usage.

Staff: It is essential to acknowledge that the villa's staff is committed to serving the entire estate. Nonetheless, the villa team continually strives to fulfill the needs of guests through their services and works diligently to accommodate any requests made by guests.

Kitchen: The villa is equipped with a single main kitchen. However, guest meals are stored in a designated refrigerator. Furthermore, due to equipment limitations, meals other than breakfast cannot be prepared in alternative kitchens.

The Locale

This Luxury Bali Villa is the very last private residence on a small lane leading to Kayu Putih beach; just a small temple shrine stands between the villa and a small lagoon, over which a walkway of reclaimed timber leads to the kilometres of sandy beach. La Laguna, a popular restaurant and sunset bar, is a hop and skip away, Mozaic Beach Club a five-minute stroll along the sand; even W Hotel, Potato Head and the famed bars and restaurants of Seminyak are only a 15-minute walk from the villa. A five-minute stroll inland brings you to an expat-focused supermarket and gelato stop. This is an amazing location, right on Seminyak’s doorstep yet with the peace and quiet of a far more rural setting.
