This villa is part of Villa 379 estate.

The estate is a glorious garden estate barely 60 metres from Kayu Putih beach in Batubelig just north of Seminyak on Bali’s south-western coast.

Designed by internationally famed architect Popo Danes and served by a staff of ten, the 1/2-acre estate comprises the iconic four-bedroom Villa I, the two-bedroom Villa 2, and the one-bedroom Villa 3 – each with their own pool and private garden.  All three can be rented separately or together in multiple configurations, making it perfect for everyone from a romantic couple to a few families holidaying together or a group of up to 21 friends.

It is part of a 7 bedroom estate Villa 379 which can be rented separately based on optional bedroom usage.

Staff: It is essential to acknowledge that the villa's staff is committed to serving the entire estate. Nonetheless, the villa team continually strives to fulfill the needs of guests through their services and works diligently to accommodate any requests made by guests.

Kitchen: The villa is equipped with a single main kitchen. However, guest meals are stored in a designated refrigerator. Furthermore, due to equipment limitations, meals other than breakfast cannot be prepared in alternative kitchens.

Villa Layout

Villa III’s traditional Balinese entrance opens directly onto a lotus pond where steps lead past Buddha-head water features to decorative glass doors into the open-plan living and dining room that opens onto the pool terrace.  A small lobby leads to the bedroom with ensuite bathroom/dressing room and seating area that also opens to the pool terrace. This villa has access to the main villa garden – a useful short-cut for those renting both villas together.

The villa’s light-filled open-plan living room with vaulted ceiling is unusually large for a one-bedroom villa. At one end, set before double doors that open onto the sun-trap pool terrace, comfortably upholstered sofa and chairs are grouped around a glass-topped coffee table before the 42-inch TV with home theatre system. At the other end, a marble-topped counter with sit-up bar separates the beautifully equipped kitchen from the dining area, where four white leather chairs are set around a formal table.

• Accessed via a small lobby off the living room, the bedroom features a queen-size bed and small seating area facing the pool terrace beyond a wall of glass double doors.
• Along side is a positively palatial L-shaped ensuite bathroom, with twin basins, statement bathtub, rain shower enclosure, and a separate dressing room and walk-in wardrobe.

The Locale

• This Luxury Canggu Villa is the very last private residence on a small lane leading to Kayu Putih beach; just a small temple shrine stands between the villa and a small lagoon, over which a walkway of reclaimed timber leads to the kilometres of sandy beach.
• La Laguna, a popular restaurant and sunset bar, is a hop and skip away, Mozaic Beach Club a five-minute stroll along the sand; even W Hotel, Potato Head and the famed bars and restaurants of Seminyak are only a 15-minute walk from the villa.
