The villa has a total of 4-bedroom, accommodates up to ten guests with the game room turning into a fifth bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. Within 1,200 sqm land.

Each room has a large ensuite bathroom, the most comfortable beds. The villa is fully staffed including a cook and a manager for all enquiries and maximum of service.

A fully equipped open kitchen ready for any meal you want to cook, or simply have one of our cooks on demand to come and organize lunch or dinner for you and your family.

The large dining table will accommodate all your dinner , and extra tables by the pool for informal meals while you can hear the waves of the nearby Indian Ocean.

The living area is composed by the most comfortable sofas facing a huge flat screen TV, perfect for "movie night" while eating pop corn. Or a game of football or rugby with your friends on two separate cable TV providers, offering a huge choice of sports/news/movies/cartoons from around the world.

All bedrooms are spacious and have large en-suite bathrooms.  Each bedroom is fitted with flat screen TV with international cable TV and top quality bedding and linen and thanks to our location in a quiet area, your restful sleep is guaranteed!

Facilities include a game room equipped with flat screen TV, Cable TV, DVD player and,  a brand new Xbox. Alternatively, this game room can be turned into a 5th bedroom with 2 single beds with its own bathroom.

It is also comes with an office space equipped with a scanner/printer for any work need while on holidays.  A top roof terrace with a beautiful view over the surrounding rice fields and Mt Agung.
