About The Villa

Villa 3247  is a gorgeous three-bedroom private pool villa. This two-storey air-conditioned residence is almost a mirror image of its neighbour, Villa II, in terms of layout (though Villa III has one more bedroom), yet each has it’s own personality and sense of style. The villa is lovingly furnished, and features double bedrooms with marble ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room, a private swimming pool and infrared sauna. This villa is set within lush tropical gardens, where a traditional thatched balé overlooks the sparkling pool making the ideal spot to relax.

Villa Layout

Both villas are the mirror image of each other with respect to their layout. Entering via traditional wooden doors, guests are transported into a blossoming tropical garden with its breathtaking aqua blue sparkling swimming pool, around which the villa is arranged. The ground floor contains the open-plan kitchen and dining room, lounge room and one of the spacious master bedrooms with glass doors that open onto the garden and pool area. The second bedroom upstairs opens onto a terrace as well as an upstairs lounge and entertainment room. Each of the property’s feature a private balé and an outdoor infrared sauna.

Living Areas

These villas boast three fantastic indoor living areas including two living rooms – one up and one down – which can be opened to allow guests to embrace the warm tropical breezes or closed for absolute air conditioned comfort.

Each of the living rooms is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player and with the added bonus of having spectacular surround-sound, these rooms can become your very own home cinema.

As with the living areas, the dining room, which directly overlooks the garden and pool, can be opened to give a sense of indoor/outdoor living or closed for comfortable, temperature-controlled dining.

Grab an icy-cold beer and  enjoy a chat at the kitchen bar overlooking  the pool or settle in for cocktails followed by a meal on the upstairs terrace, surrounded by vibrant bougainvillea, and watch the sun set on a perfect Balinese evening

The private walled garden with its glistening swimming pool surrounded by tropical palm trees and aromatic frangipanis forms the centerpiece of this villa. The villa’s outside decking has lounge chairs and umbrellas under which you can luxuriate, catching the sun or reading a book, while also being able to watch the kids paddle in the pool.

The covered balé at the end of the pool is an ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate and can also be used for a traditional Balinese massage. For the health conscious, there are infrared saunas in both villas, ideal for rejuvenating and improving your wellbeing.

Bedrooms

The villa has three beautiful air conditioned bedrooms featuring luxurious four-poster beds. The downstairs rooms have full-length  glass doors that can be opened  up to view the tropical garden and pool area, whilst the upstairs rooms open out onto the terrace – giving them a wonderful sense of light, space and freshness. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD player, and all of the upstairs rooms are fitted with an iPod dock and bar fridge. All of the bedrooms here have adjoining marble ensuites which feature large bathtubs and rain showers.
