Our Luxurious Phuket Villa is located in the ultra-desirable Surin Beach enclave on the west coast of Phuket, Thailand. This luxury Phuket villa was completed in November 2008 and enjoys sweeping views across Surin Beach, Bang Tao Beach and the Andaman Sea. Positioned high above the bay on 3 Rai of land, the property faces north-west, capturing panoramic sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

Designed for high-end luxury living in Surin, Phuket, this contemporary residence is ideal for families, couples, corporate retreats and private events. Interiors by Angela Hall blend curated pieces from Bali, China, the United States and Thailand, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The estate comprises two separate villas, each with its own private swimming pool, offering over 2,200 square metres of combined indoor and outdoor living space.

The first villa features four double bedrooms, while the second villa offers two double bedrooms. All six bedrooms are fully ensuite. The estate comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with secure parking for six cars and flexible booking options from a full six-bedroom configuration to an exclusive couple’s retreat. A considered mix of Asian and Western furnishings enhances comfort from the moment of arrival. Multiple relaxation zones throughout the property provide options at every time of day. Teak balcony seating under shaded awnings offers a peaceful reading space, while the expansive pool deck with Dedon loungers invites sunbathing and relaxation overlooking Surin Beach, Phuket.

The Balinese outdoor dining table seats 12 guests and is ideal for barbecues or leisurely breakfasts in the tropical Phuket climate. Indoors, the dining room features a solid teak table with elevated views across Surin Beach, providing a cooler, air-conditioned option. Four of the six bedrooms include private deck areas furnished with Dedon outdoor seating, offering intimate and secluded spaces. The upstairs sitting room opens onto outdoor terraces, creating an elegant setting for pre-dinner gatherings or relaxed evenings in Phuket.

The snooker room includes a three-quarter size table, darts board, bar area, board games, television and DVD player. A dedicated entertainment room features a 50-inch plasma screen. The main villa showcases a 22-metre by 5-metre infinity swimming pool, ideal for both recreation and lap swimming. A traditional sala provides a tranquil setting for in-house massages, while the fully equipped modern gym includes cable TV and imported exercise equipment from the United States.

Indoor and outdoor living areas are fitted with Bose surround sound systems, iPod docks, DVD and CD players in major bedrooms, ensuring seamless entertainment throughout the estate. A unique feature is the 30-metre all-weather golf chipping and putting area on the lower lawn, providing entertainment for both adults and children. Expansive lawn areas create additional space for recreation. The guest villa includes its own private pool and modern Western kitchen, offering enhanced privacy for larger groups staying in Surin, Phuket.

Both of these Thailand luxury villas are serviced by Khun Apple and a team of four live-in staff, supported by two external staff. With over 15 years of experience caring for international families, the team provides attentive yet discreet service. English is spoken fluently. Services include Thai and Western cooking, housekeeping and laundry completed on site. The team is experienced in caring for children and can assist with babysitting. Wireless internet is available throughout the property, along with local phone service.
