Koh Samui Villa 4218 is a 3 bedroom Beach Front villa offering en-suite bedrooms, large pool and breathtaking views. This Luxury holiday villa is situated on a palm fringed beach with stunning views across the Gulf of Thailand to nearby tropical islands.
This brand new beach front pool home is ideally located on the fashionable north coast within minutes of the popular tourist destinations.
Perfect for friends and family groups, the accommodation benefits from daily maid service and includes three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with oriental inspired en-suite bathrooms, an outdoor seating area, sala with seating and a large private infinity swimming pool.
The Villa
Koh Samui Villa 4218 has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to blend traditional Thai elegance with comfortable and functional contemporary beach style living. Set in an oasis of similar style properties, with over 20 metres of direct beach frontage and a tropical landscaped garden combining the beautiful natural flora and fauna of Samui.
The villa consists of two separate pavilions, one containing an open plan living area with kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms.
Outdoor Living
A plumeria tree provides the centre piece to a spacious wooden decked area, with table and comfortable chairs for relaxation and eating ‘al fresco'.
The villa has a large sun bathing terrace and infinity pool with submerged seating to enjoy the breathtaking sea views. To one side of the pool is a water feature with a lotus pond. On the other a beach front living sala with seating, perfect for enjoying an early evening cocktail while taking in the dramatic Samui sunset or just relaxing after a wonderful invigorating body massage.
The pool area has it's own washroom with outside shower and is fully equipped with cushioned sun loungers and parasols.
Step out of the pool onto a grassed area with fragrant tropical plants and shrubs, beyond that a palm fringed sandy beach for a long leisurely stroll.
During low tide the sea recedes over 100 metres, opening up the area to all sorts of other activities. It's a short five minute drive to Choeng Mon for the best swimming beach on the island.
Indoor Living
The open plan indoor living area provides high quality furniture and soft furnishings including comfortable seating and a coffee table. The room is adorned with Thai handicrafts and wall hangings.
Large glass sliding doors open up the room on two sides to maximise the refreshing sea breeze and offer magnificent panoramic sea views.
Multi-channel satellite television showing films, news and sport, a DVD player and music system. A selection of DVD's and CD's are available to suit all tastes.
Formal dining with seating for six.
The fully fitted western kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation including an electric hob, oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Other equipment includes a microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and toaster. There are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glasswares.
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside laundry facilities are available to guests at a small charge.
Bedrooms
Three spacious air conditioned en-suite bedrooms with ceiling fans. Each bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with ample storage and hanging space, one room has a king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with large twin beds. All have luxury pocket spring or pillow top mattresses with hotel quality pillows, lightweight duvets and cotton bedding.
Bedroom one is located to the front of the sleeping pavilion, large glass sliding doors on two sides with direct access to the pool area with sea views beyond. It has a king size bed, nightstands and dressing table with mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, bath, separate shower enclosure with twin washbasins.
Bedroom two is to the rear of bedroom one, with large size twin beds, nightstand, dresser and a luxury foldaway bed to accommodate a third person. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, shower enclosure and twin washbasins.
Bedroom three in the living pavilion has large glass sliding doors opening to the front with access to the wooden terrace and sea views beyond. It has a queen size bed, nightstands and dressing table with mirror. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, shower enclosure and washbasin.

Location
Villa 4218 occupies a spectacular beach front location and is surrounded by a lush tropical landscaped garden. Next to the fishing boat marina in a quiet coconut grove, this small exclusive development of recently built villas has direct access to the secluded and unspoilt white sandy beach at Plai Laem on the fashionable north coast.
The villa is close to the swimming beach and five star international beach hotels at Choeng Mon, the charming bohemian fisherman's village of Bhoput, with it's colourful shop houses, bars and restaurants lining the water's edge. The airport is a 10 minute drive and the shops, restaurants and vibrant nightlife of Chaweng Beach just 15 minutes.
About Samui
The island of Koh Samui is located in the Gulf of Thailand on the south east coast of Thailand about 700kms from the capital Bangkok. It is easily reached in just over an hour by direct flight from Bangkok and direct flights from Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Krabi, Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur.
Restaurants
Samui has an abundance of restaurants, many within a few minutes drive of the villa. Most beach resorts have their own restaurants and there is a vast and varied choice of places to eat. Local beach restaurants serving fresh fish and green curry dishes in a relaxed atmosphere to internationally acclaimed chefs serving mouth watering mediterranean cuisine in luxurious surroundings.
Eating out is a pleasure and most restaurants offer outstanding value for money.

Many kinds of retail goods from all over Thailand are available. Thai silks and handicrafts are just two examples. Visit Chaweng, Nathon and Lamai for the best retail therapy.
Night Life
Samui's nightlife is centred on Chaweng Beach Road. Here you will find many nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

The Santiburi Samui Country Club 18 hole Championship Golf Course located in the hillside on Samui's northern coast. It commands magnificent views of Maenam Beach and the island of Koh Phangan beyond. A more adventurous full day excursion can be made to the world famous Angthong National Marine Park, a group of 40 islands off the northwest coast. Here you will see spectacular limestone formations, caves, blue lagoons and the amazingly beautiful beaches that inspired the novel ‘The Beach'.
