Villa 4456 is a 6 bedroom property

The villa has set on sea front panoramic view, the villa is waterfront, and has a small sandy beach. The beach to more to paddle and dip your feet than swim, however there are some wonderful swimming areas in the vicinity, and all villas have a pool over looking the ocean. Among the peaceful tropical garden, the villa is delightfully private with personalized accommodations which is ideal for those seeking relaxation, pampering all within a secluded estate with privacy.

The villa was completed in end 2003 and is set in a large garden with long sea frontage. There's a large swimming pool with a thatched pavilion, a spacious main building, a large open living area perfectly suited to entertain visitors.

Villa 4456 is located in a secluded area but with easy access to the popular beach, restaurants and shops of Ao Nang and the town of Krabi

Villa 4456 is the largest (350sqm) of the estate villas.

The living area and 4 of the air conditioned six bedrooms are in the centre of the building.

The living area has sliding patio doors which open fully on to the terrace at the front. Two further doors at the back of the room open out to a small balcony overlooking a lily pond which allows a cooling sea breeze to circulate which is complimented by ceiling fans. Steps lead up from the living room to a loft area with a TV making an ideal children's den.
This vast living area has a cool tiled floor with a vaulted ceiling. The room is furnished with  a sofa suite in the lounge area, a large refectory style dining table with benches seating up to 12 people and various antiques and occasional furniture exuding an aura of simplicity and a rustic style. Satellite TV/DVD and Wi-Fi internet access is available for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and grill, gas hob and extractor, microwave, large fridge freezer and is located off the dining area at the rear of the living room

Either side of the living area are two identical double bedrooms with queen size beds. Each is attractively decorated with Indian and Indonesian wall hangings, and both having TV and a bathroom with shower.
To either side of the double bedrooms are two smaller bedrooms with single beds, although a rollaway bed can be provided for additional sleeping arrangements. Both these smaller bedrooms share a bathroom with the double bedroom.  All four bedrooms face the sea with sliding doors on to the terrace.

The two wings of the building house the two master bedrooms, which also face the ocean and have stunning views of the bay and the rock formations. They are both furnished with kinq size beds and decorated with Asian art and wall hangings. Their sumptuous ensuite bathrooms have large baths, separate shower cubicles and double basin vanity units. The bedrooms both have wardrobe space TV/DVD and two sets of sliding doors on to the terrace and the garden.

The swimming pool is located directly in front of the living area and at the side of the master bedrooms. The sun terrace is furnished with a teak table and chairs for al fresco dining and cushioned sun loungers.

The well manicured garden beyond the swimming pool leads down to the sea and has a 1 meter drop on to a small shingle beach area. The garden features frangipani, palm trees and various exotic plants and with stone Buddha statues embedded in the garden. Close to the sea, a large sala (covered pavilion) provides an informal area in which to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the exceptional colours of the sunset.

Depending on your desire, the villa manager can be your tour guide, your interpreter or your chauffer. He can take you to Krabi or Ao Nang, only 30 minutes drive away from the villa. You can enjoy eating or drinking at the restaurants and pubs, shopping at the local market and discovering regional products. In addition can take you to the island and organize your picnic.

Area Info

This outstanding villa is directly located on the Andaman sea, a few miles north of the airport or Krabi town and features from all rooms breath-taking views of the sea and Phang na famous sunsets. It's located far enough away from the tourist crowds of Ao Nang yet close enough to offer easy access to many beautiful paradise islands nearby.
