This luxury 550 sqm villa is located within 1 kilometre of beautiful Nai Harn Beach on the southwestern tip of Phuket Island. It offers a peaceful, tranquil environment with valley views and private tropical grounds suitable for large groups or families sharing luxury accommodation with great outdoor living space.

The eight sumptuous bedrooms are split over two levels and come complete with ensuites, ceiling fans and air conditioning. There are 4 king sized beds and 5 single beds which accommodate 12 guests comfortably, plus a maid if required.

The master bedroom upstairs has a 4 poster king size bed, wall safe and walk-in wardrobes. There is a shower and oval bath in the luxury ensuite and a private balcony which opens to the tropical jungle and valley views. Quality cotton bed linen is provided throughout the villa.

Remaining bedrooms on the lower level comprises of; Bedroom 2 with king sized 4 poster bed, ensuite with walk-in shower and sliding doors opening to the sun deck and swimming pool. Bedrooms 3 and 6 also have king size beds, ensuites and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 4 is designed primarily for younger guests with twin beds and own TV/DVD and Sony Playstation for entertainment. Bedrooms 5 and 7 respectively have bunk beds and a single bed with private bathrooms and are ideal for children and extra guest or maid.

Upstairs the main living room boasts ample seating where you can relax and watch the large 50” screen with DVD and Cable TV, plus iPod docking station. Outside are places to sit or dine on the undercover balcony with stunning valley views. The huge dining table offers alfresco dining year round and seats 12 guests while the fully equipped western style kitchen will meet all your needs. On the ground floor, there is a fully self-contained area for bedrooms 5, 6 and 7 with a second living space and smaller kitchenette if guests are requiring extra privacy.

Landscaped gardens and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers lead to the lovely 11 x 6m swimming pool with Jacuzzi. A sala alongside the pool provides additional seating and a dining table for 8 guests. With a gas BBQ and fridge, this area offers an ideal setting for outdoor BBQ’s and evening entertaining.

The villa is furnished tastefully throughout with rich wood furniture, solid teak beds and stylish outdoor furniture complimented by Thai artwork and silk designs. Wifi internet access is available along with an office with computer and landline telephone.

We request no smoking at the villa but guests wishing to, please do so with care, outside only.
