The 3-bedroom villa features an open-plan living and dining area that flaunts six French windows on both lengths of the room, plus a high wooden ceiling with ceiling fans which promises to bring in the Koh Samui’s warm, tropical breeze.

At one end of this central living area is a fully equipped contemporary kitchen complete with a central breakfast bar, where one can enjoy meals by a Thai chef available on request.

The same airy ambiance also permeates its spacious bedrooms, especially the en-suite master bedroom positioned at the rear of the villa, which comes complete with a walk-in shower, outdoor sunken bath and spectacular ocean views.

Meanwhile, the second bedroom is also en-suite and has its own private terrace and small garden, while the 14m infinity-edge pool provides the perfect spot to soak up the tropical sun.

• Rates are quoted on a per villa basis and for a maximum of 6 Guests.
• Rates include 1x roundtrip airport transfer (7-10 pax per car depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply), daily breakfast, and daily housekeeping.
• Chef service is available at THB 2,500++ per day / THB 1,500++ per meal or 20% minimum of purchase cost, whichever is greater. Chef shopping fee is subject to 7% tax.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 ++ or 20% minimum of purchases cost, whichever is greater. The total food cost & provision fee are subject to 7% tax. Prices are indicative and may vary depending on seasons and promotions. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra person with extra bed is available at USD 50++ per person per night inclusive of breakfast.

  • Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
